The Garrison Venue Layout and Capacity
The Garrison is known for its intimate, versatile space in Toronto’s vibrant west end. With a capacity of approximately 285 guests, The Garrison offers a cozy, up-close experience for live music, comedy, and special events. The main floor is an open general admission area with flexible arrangements—there are no fixed seats, allowing for standing room and occasional seating for certain shows.
The stage is positioned at one end of the rectangular room. The main floor places you just feet from the performers, making it the best choice for fans who want to be right in the action. Along the sides and toward the rear, you’ll find raised areas and bar seating, perfect if you prefer a little more space or a laid-back view.

While The Garrison does not feature traditional VIP boxes or luxury suites, the best seats are often along the raised side platforms or near the bar area, where you can enjoy clear sightlines and easy access to refreshments.
